Diplomatic city, what is it?
Asked what the real innovation of this project will be, our interlocutor declares that it will lie in the construction of the first smart diplomatic city in Morocco but also on the continent.
“This diplomatic city will be above all a private place designed and designed for the diplomatic corps accredited in Rabat which offers embassies very advantageous solutions to become owners at very attractive rates.

For those who prefer to avoid a construction site, the developers of the tourism holding company DIFAF are offering 132 smart villas which will all be delivered, turnkey, at the end of 2023.
Signed by the Italian designer Bertoni in collaboration with American architects, these luxury villas will be automated thanks to the partnership with Georgia Tech, an Atlanta university specializing in mixed research known worldwide for its engineering and computer science programs.
With two swimming pools, one of which is heated indoors, they will have a floor area of 700 m² and 1000 m² of built area which will extend over 3 levels with an elevator and garden.
